【Processing & Handling】
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
【Understanding Delivery Estimates】
The 11–20 business day window applies to transit time only, starting from the date of dispatch. While the same range is quoted for both domestic and international orders, international shipments may occasionally experience additional delays due to customs review or local postal handoffs. These estimates are not guaranteed but represent our typical experience.
【Customs & Import Charges】
For deliveries outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. PH Glide does not collect these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please consult your local customs office for further information.
【Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages】
- If tracking confirms that a package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the last update. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- If a package arrives damaged, retain all original packaging and notify us within 7 days of delivery. Photographs may be requested.
- PH Glide is not responsible for packages stolen after tracking indicates “delivered.” We recommend using a secure delivery address.
【Address Accuracy】
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If you notice an error, email support@phglide.store within 12 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed, and we cannot be held liable for delivery to an incorrectly entered address.
